So i recently been talking to a private trainer that are telling me that supersets with low rest time is key to gain muscle growth, true or not?
Also he Said that training your legs 2-3 Times a week is Good to Boost your testosteron is that also accurate?
Because all i see is that this app has like 2 min rest time but this trainer told me its more for building strength not muscle growth.
Myself when working with this app for 1 year almost now i do feel that when i do Armageddon workout, i feel Short in stuff like shoulders and chest so My Body dosnt grow evenly, but maybe this is just My imagination
I just want to talk about this stuff because i am courious
