Coach,
Everytime you respond to one of my questions on the forum, I in-turn respond like a fan girl. I run to my wife and go “want to hear what hypertrophy coach told me?!?!” And while she could care less…..as the great wife she is, she indulges me. In your latest advice my wife was particularly attentive. And at the end she says “wow….it’s super obvious this guy truly loves what he does….and that by itself, is awesome”
I couldn’t agree more….and couldn’t be more thankful for both of you.
