Hi when i perform an RDL i feel like I run out of hip flexion way too early compared to watching others do them. The bar comes to before my knees. I know this could be due to short arms or mobility. But it feels like I’m doing half reps. If i try to go lower but my knees bend alot and i can feel the load in my lower back, like i have to just lower the bar with my arms and not pushing my butt back as it won’t go any further. Do you think it is a hamstring flexibility issue?
