Hi I am having a hard time with RDLs I am bracing like instructed and I can’t seem to get that low. I am feeling it in my lower back as I get low but it seems to be that I’m not running out of hip flexion at this point. So I can only go just before my knees with the bar and I don’t seem to be getting near full hip flexion and I’m still feeling it in my back. Should I continue with the exercise its in the full body programme and I would really like to be able to perform them.
Thanks for the reply, even when I am getting the hamstrings stretched or fully lengthened and keeping the tension on them I find that I still feel it in my lower back to get them fully stretched.
Do you think a weight belt would help Bryce?
