RDL question

    I’m on my second mesocycle of hc gives you wings.

    So In the beginning of starting the program like 3 ish months ago. I noticed doing RDL’s at the beginning made my grip shot for the rest of my workout. So I took it out, but I’ve been working on it and it’s stronger than it was. So if I were to add it back in except at the end of my workout on pull days. Would it be bad to do so since I do incline curls near failure as my last exercise? I wasn’t sure if that would make me more prone to a biceps injury or not.

    I do have straps. But I’m not sure how good they are.

    Are straps usually all the same or are some a lot less effective? I just got a pair off of Amazon. Not like a well known brand or anything like that.
