Hey coaches, just wondering if it would be ok to do a hamstring emphasis leg day starting with RDLs the day after a pull day or would it impact the performance on my RDLs, the pull day includes 2 lat movements, a over head vertical pull movement and a BB bent over row. Erectors don’t feel taxed really the day after pull day from the bent over rows. That being said would it be ok to hit my hamstring emphasis leg day starting with RDL the day after that pull day or would it better to take a rest day in between the two sessions since my back was just trained the day before. Keep in mind nutrition and sleep is optimized (getting in my cals and protein, and sleeping 8-10 hours a night) so I’m well rested. Thanks in advance 🙂
