Hi coaches, my current split is legs, push, pull, rest. On my hamstring focused leg day I can’t train my hamstrings through it’s lengthened range well due to only having a lying hamstring curl at my gym. I was thinking of adding a stiff legged deadlift in for this. I understand that it all comes down to preference but do you think programming the stiff legged deadlift on the leg day or on a pull day to give an rdl effect on the pull day would be efficient. Not too sure if I understand all the variables that come into play here but was just interested about both your history with stiff legged deadlift ls and your opinions on them. As I know you can never have too big hamstrings.
