Hey there. So today I saw somebody recommending to do RDLs with a Landmine. And I’m currently trying to learn how to spot good or bad exercises (maybe an idea for a video?). I thought that the Landmine changes the resistance profile so that it gets easier at the top. So wouldn’t that mean that we can use more weight and load the glutes more in the stretched position? But of course the shortened position gets worked less then.
No idea if that’s a good or a bad thing. Maybe somebody can help me out haha
