RDL’s

    Hey Joe and Bryce,
    When doing RDL’s should I be ‘feeling’ it in my hamstrings. During my warm up sets I have an unbelievable stretch sensation in my hamstrings, however as I get closer to my working weights this sensation/feeling in my hamstrings drops off.
    Should I be dropping the weight back in order to ‘feel’ the stretch or would you consider this more of a power output exercise?
