    Hey Joe, in your supplement video you talk about a healthy gut and one of the things you mentioned is if you have bad gas. This is something I have, and when I say bad I mean really bad, in both volume and odor (normally shortly after eating a meal), to the point where it affects my going out to dinner with others to avoid the embarrassment. Even after taking probiotics daily and eating lots of fiber, and drinking Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal, the issue persists. Do you have any suggestions on things I could try to remedy this?

    You may already be doing this, but FWIW I did probiotics, fiber, and ACV as well but I didn’t drink a lot of water with it. I started drinking more water, less caffeine, added in some healthy fats (avocado/nuts), and walked a little bit more. That actually helped me, a lot more than I originally thought it would.

    thanks for the advice! I actually take all of those as well, and it has helped but the problem is still bad. The fats actually make it worse for me though. Is the fiber you take psyllium husk?
