Not looking for medical advice just wanted to know if you’ve had any clients go on a strict cut and have facial spasms on their face. I had a little twitch in between my lip and cheek, MD said he’s 100% certain it was due to my change in diet and my body/cells just need to adjust to it, blood work looks great. I Didn’t eliminate anything from my typical diet besides fast food and cookies which I don’t each much of to begin with. I’m eating 600cal less than my maintenance (2,300cal).
I’ve heard of twitching on the eye, never on the upper lip/cheek area. Might go get a second opinion.
