Hello,
currently trying rear pull downs behind the neck and feeling them pretty good in my traps. I never saw you or Bryce doing them. I would like to know your opinion on this exercise [bad or not] and what could be better option.
I think they are targeting my mid and lower traps from mid to shortened range so they are not probably best meat and potato exercise for traps but i am not sure about this.
Lats are easy and other body parts too i saw every nerd video, but those traps are tricky for me. And also not sure how much important is the hande. I like to use not very vide and neutral grip but sometimes i have to use just streight handle.
Please i will be happy for overall explenation about this.
