    Can you re arrange lifts in the workout? I have some IT band issues and notice it helps a lot to do a hack or leg press prior to doing squats to really warm everything up.

    Completely understand not changing the program itself. I was more talking about losing any benefits by slightly changing the order to accommodate those issues. Lifts, sets and reps would all remain the same.
