Hope you are doing well. I usually have done my own programs for quite a while as I love the process of learning from my own mistakes and improve myself in program design. This time however I am very determined of achieving my goals as fast as possible. I haven’t been training at the gym for a long time because of my last year at uni, and now I am a fat mess lol. I want to use the app for the diet and a program but which program would you recommend me to start with in this fat loss process. I know there is no program for fat loss or muscle gain so its not like one of those questions where I want an exercise for shredding 😂, but its more like I dont have any body part specifically I want to focus on at this point I want to get back to where I was, and also fing what may be a good starting point so later I can do another program based on what I need to improve.
