ParticipantI’d say renaissance diet is more short attention span friendly. I loved Eric Helms book. Burn the fat feed the muscle seems like a bad choice (haven’t read it but it promises results in 30days which is unrealistic and unsustainable for most people. Based on this lame marketing, likely to be unsubstantiated rubbish)
