    Which books are considered the best for fitness nutrition would like to get some opinions im kinda having trouble deciding which book to read
    Options:
    1.Burn the fat feed the muscle
    2.Anita Beans guide to sports nutrition
    3. pyramid of strength and nutrition by Eric Helms
    4.the rennesiance diet by Dr Mike Israetel

    i have seen many recommemd it i will sure to keep it in mind as one of my top options
    Because i have a short attention span lol looking for an easy read

    I’d say renaissance diet is more short attention span friendly. I loved Eric Helms book. Burn the fat feed the muscle seems like a bad choice (haven’t read it but it promises results in 30days which is unrealistic and unsustainable for most people. Based on this lame marketing, likely to be unsubstantiated rubbish)

    Thanks Joe first of all let me say your content is awesome i subscribed to your youtube channel couple of months ago and now to the app i cant wait to understand to learn and apply the principles and knowledge and finally know what im doing so im very happy with this decision
    When it comes to nutrition im a total noob
    So now i want to get the nutrition part right and see awesome results thanks you are the man Joe

    Don’t forget to watch all the nutrition content on here. I’d like to think I keep it simple, but effective
