Hey guys. I am an intermediate lifter and have been training for 4 years, I have typically trained a PPL split between 4-6 times a week with ranging volumes of 10-15 sets per major body part per week. A change in my current circumstances have me looking to drop down to 2 (maybe 3) days per week. Can anyone recommend a good program that HC offers? I would be interested to see if anyone else is doing something similar they enjoy! Appreciate y’all!
