    Hey guys. I am an intermediate lifter and have been training for 4 years, I have typically trained a PPL split between 4-6 times a week with ranging volumes of 10-15 sets per major body part per week. A change in my current circumstances have me looking to drop down to 2 (maybe 3) days per week. Can anyone recommend a good program that HC offers? I would be interested to see if anyone else is doing something similar they enjoy! Appreciate y’all!

    My 2 cents, which with inflation is now worth nothing….Both Half Body and PPL (both regular & 2.0 & assuming you get the 3 days) have served me well when I have had to drop days off in my weekly schedule for stretches at a time.
