Hi guys, I just spent the better part of 5 months commuting to a solid surplus. Last April I weighed 165, the heaviest I got to was 187 in December. That didn’t last, sat mostly around 180-182 and the picture below I now sit at 178 (2 week mini cut). I want to lean out for summer but not sure of what direction to go. Work toward trying to build some muscle, continue to cut, recomp?. What’s going to be the best course of action to get me where I want to go (assuming I’m committing hard to either goal) I know this is personal preference but would like some input!
