Hi! So I have lifted before and am now getting back into it. I was doing about 2000kcal (i know it is way too little) and now managed to hit 2800kcal slowly (to ensure my metabolism catches up) which is my maintenance calories. I personally want to increase the size of my arms by an inch. Do you suggest me to do a recomp or a bulk. If i go on to do a bulk how long should I do it for?
