Excited to be a part of this community and looking forward to share/learn along the way.
I am setting up my nutrition plan, but I am not sure if I should choose a fat loss program or recomp. I have been out the gym for 6months due to an injury, but I am around the same weight as before the injury (gained 3lbs). I look smaller, but now have a different fat distribution(around belly).
Can anyone provide some advice?
