Recomp ?

    Maybe I stupid question, I need to bring up my legs and I am around 12 % body fat, since my last competition I have of course put on fat and it’s little to much around Abs and lower back, do you think I can but on some mass on my legs even on recomp kca?
    Could it help to bring up kca on leg day?
    It would be much appreciate with some guidance
