Recovery

    Just wondering if there’s any supplements or anything you would suggest for inflammation or the best course of action to help. I still play baseball in the summer months and my elbow and shoulder take some time to recover, which in turn affects my training. I do ice it, take turmeric and collagen. I do stretch and warm up prior to playing. Thanks for any help!
