Is the only way to know if you’re recovered from a workout is if you’re progressing on reps or weight ? I’m used to seeing conflicting data on recovery times etc. I’m sure everyone is different but I’ve always struggled to know if I’m recovered. They days I don’t do as many reps have so many variables I could have slept bad that day or something. What have you guys used in the past to figure out whether you’re training too frequently or not enough ?
