    Hey Joe,

    For the Recovery Phase do you create the 1000 calorie deficit from day 1 or sporadic adjustments throughout the phase? Also once you have finished the phase does the 1000 calories deficit become your new starting point for adding calories? Appreciate everything you’re doing!
