Just saw your recovery phase workouts
Really like the whole philosophy behind them but i have some questions
As i asked you about mini cutting before i am going to drop 500kcal from maintenance for 5 weeks
So regarding the workouts,what would be the optimal frequency?
And i know you have said that everyones mininum effective volume is different,but how many working sets(based on your experience) do you think would work the best during this phase for each group?
