If I’m currently on the Anti-flamingo program,
And when i’ll finish it i would start a recovery phase,
Does it matter if i will take the “anti-flamingo” program and do all the exercises there with the “recovery program principles” of doing 1 set short to failure.
Or should i stick to the recovery program (even though the exercises there are not the same as i’ve work at the Anti-flamingo program)?
