    Hey guys, i’m having a difficult time understanding what is ideal for how many times I can train per week. I’m hearing people say 2-4 times a body part per week is optimal, yet how rest days are crucial and making sure you are recovering from your volume/stimulus.

    Is this just me continuing a trial and error type of searching for what is right for me?
