In regards to your suggestion about training abs i have come up with this sequence
Warm up set 1
6 reps(slow)
30 seconds rest
Warm up set w
3 reps(very slow)
2 minutes to working set
What do you think of that?
I have two more questions following my the warm up question
Regarding supersets for abs(having also seen the videos one the app) what type of exercises would you pair together(rectus only) and how much would you rest between supersets
Also if i choose to follow a straight set approach
with let’s say 2 working sets should i be approaching rest period just like any other exercise(2 minutes rest) or should i rest less just because i am training abs?
