    Hi Joe!
    How do you recommend taking redcon1 RPG? Example before a meal if so how many minutes before the meal , take it right before the meal , or after the meal ?
    Is there a maximum dosage as well?
    I eat 5 meal a day over 100-150 grams of carbs per a meal.
