I’ve been doing the upper lower split and finishing week 6 this week. I’m finding each workout to take around 2 hrs which will be too long when I return to college soon. What program do you think will be the suitable if I can work out 4 times a week, with each workout being reduced in time.
Thank you, what do you think of running push/pull/rest/legs/rest and then repeating this over and over etc, or running a split which is more structured in the sense that each day of the week will have it’s own workout, for example Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday are push/pull/legs then Thursdays are rest, Friday and Saturdays are push pull and so on ?
