Thanks for the response. I’m definitely not in prep type of shape but have been in a deficit for around 12 weeks, and have lost about 35 pounds in that time. I’ve been stuck for a week and a half, and was debating on doing a refeed to help get it back going. Along with this, my training sessions have seen a pretty solid drop as far as performance, not being able to really get good pumps for almost a week. I am eating around 2100 calories a day, give or take 100 calories, at 5’6 228 pounds. I started my weight loss at around 2600 calories a day. I am a defecit for sure, but I want to make sure I don’t completely stall out.
