Hello, I am on week 9 of HC wings program. I have stalled on chest for three weeks. The rest of my muscle groups/days continue to progress but my pressing strength has stalled. Any tips or areas of my training/rest/diet I should put additional focus on? Thank you!
Same thing happened to me too month or so back on dumbbel bench and machine press. I just switched my exercises around as I was frustrsted. Dont really know if it was recovery issue or not enough stimulus.
