    Fell while snowboarding and inadvertently sprained my LCL without knowing it about 6 weeks ago. The pain developed the more I trained (was doing Ms. Hypertrophy) and I thought it was an overuse injury but in reality my workouts just triggered the pain.

    Over the past two weeks I’ve been doing rehab exercises which have helped a ton and decided to start Come Here Cannonballs because I needed something (and I love it, btw). But I pretty much can’t do leg day. This is the first week my knee has felt really good having skipped legs for two weeks and really focusing on sleep. So I want to give it another week of rehab and see where I’m at before adding squats, etc. back in.

    It’s all obviously working despite my not getting much lower body work in aside from calves and RDLs. Anything else I can sub in to hit more legs or just suck it up for 1-2 more weeks?
