Hi joe! You have said before that for glute, quad and delts we need to work in an higher rep range,
But do you mean by that, that i should shot for 10 reps at my 10rm, and then do rest pause style 1/2/3 reps until i hit 20 reps? Or should i work with my 20rm ?
2. Does your answer applied to hams too? And calves?
