    What does it mean when the rep range 8-20? Like where should I be reaching failure and leave 0 RIR?

    Perfect. I joined your app today and I’m really excited. My shoulders have always been lagging and I’m going to start with the cannonball delt. Do you think that’s enough volume for a lagging body part as i progress in the program?
