Hi there. In my program (cannon balls) the rep range quite varies. 8 – 20 reps per set.
Doe it mean I keep a weight I can do at least 8 reps but no more than 20 reps?
If yes, how do I progress?
For example if I chose a weight I could do 8 reps in my first workout I keep it till I can do let’s say 12 reps and then increase it again? Or do I keep it till I can do 20 reps?
