    I’ve been checking out a lot of the Guidance section videos (seriously loving this app, it literally got me to take notes and i’m 15 still in school) and i watched the Rep Range video looking to find the answer to 2 questions. #1 being should we train at different rep ranges (Lower and Higher) which was successfully answered with: you should to maximize development but prioritize lower ranges. Correct me if i’m wrong on that. The other question, i have a question about lol. You mention “Broad rep ranges” in the video many times and how they are beneficial. Could you specify what you mean by that. Im not sure if you mean broad as in 8-12 as opposed to 8-10 or if youre just talking about working in a broad variety of rep ranges like 8-10 and also 15-20. I hope that made sense
