    Hi Joe..

    just wondering if you could provide a brief explanation regarding your rep ranges..more so towards smaller parts like biceps…I know your compound heavier movements are usually 5-8 top 8-12 backed off but why same range with something like a preacher curl…it’s rare that you see most body builders do arm work in that low range. just curious…I just want to keep consistent with goals because I get in my head and think maybe my top set ranges are too low for some parts…thank you!

    Would you say those working set ranges work well for most body parts regardless of exercise?

    Yes. With slight variation. I think quads, glutes and delts respond best including higher rep ranges as well.
