Hi mentors,
I started to push-pull lower 2.0 programs I have a question about rep ranges ex: Delt y press 3 sets 8-15 reps I am doing like this
1st set 10 reps 2nd 10 reps & 3rd 10 reps
Does it need to change I am confused in 8-10 means in between 8-10 or is this special recommendation for each set?
