Hey Joe and Bryce! I have a question about rep ranges, do you suggest using this top set, back off set structure for all exercises, such as tricep rope extensions, hamstring curls, etc. or just for the bigger movements? Also, what body parts do you suggest using higher rep ranges for? I know you suggest quads, glutes, and delts. Are there any others? Thanks!

Thanks! So what should I do for weight progression if, for instance, I use 30 lb dumbbells for the top set for curls and get 8, which is the top of the intended rep range, but then I drop to 25 lb trying to get 12 reps during the lighter set and only get ten. Should I move only the heavy set up in weight for next time, or should I keep it the same until I max out both of them?
