My exercise states 2 sets of 5-12 and for some exercises states 3 sets of 8-20.
Is this 1 x top set and then back off sets?
So for eg, pick a weight and go to failure for 8 reps. Then lower the weight and repeat for 12 reps, then again for 20 reps?
