I’m starting Week 2 of Terrence’s Mr. O Prep workout.
For week 1, it has me doing 3 working sets of each exercise in the 6-8 rep range.

When I started week 2, it looked like the target rep ranges slightly changed based on my average from the week before.
Is that how the program changes each week?

I wasn’t sure if those rep ranges were correct or not for the program.
Because, if you look at that program in the “all workouts” section, the rep ranges are different.

Not sure if I can attach a screenshot or not.

Same thing happening to me with the Butt Stuff program for week 2, it just fills in the last weeks reps and weights but I’m not sure what the goal reps are supposed to be

Rep ranges are usually the same throughout the program.

I didn’t want to start a new topic, don’t mean to pile on, but I’m brand new to the app. I’m on week 2 of “pec augmentation “ and noticed there’s no rep range at all for the program; what am I going for? Same as week 1? That’s what I’ve actually been doing this week but I’m genuinely not sure if I should be grinding out 10-12 reps or 6-8? Probably overthinking but I just want to be on point. Thanks in advance!

Same topic so I figured I’d bring it in here but Terrence Prep week 3/4 chest day do not have reps attached to the WOD

Hey Josh, the rep ranges on week 2 are pre populated from your workouts on week 1. The app uses your history and populates the information so that you don’t have to keep checking back.

We are releasing an update end of this week which include the original rep ranges at the top of exercises so that you have both to refer to.
