Hi joe, when you write in the program, 2 sets of 5-8 for example at incline db press, should i start my set with a weight that i do for 5 reps RIR 0?
And if yes, then what do i do at the next set?

RIR 0 ?
and if yes, what should i do at the next set?
Most of the week 5 and later have rep ranges saying 8-20. How should they be approached ?
