    Hi joe, you’ve said before that you like to do top set and then a back off set, to work on all rep ranges, and from a fatigue + efficiency standpoint.

    I’m currently doing the ANTI-FLAMINGO program, and even at the later weeks the rep ranges stays at 6-8 for all the sets,

    Do i need to change by myself the rep ranges like you do? Like – insted of 3 sets of 6-8 reps.

    To do 1′ set 6-8
    And then manually change the other sets to “back off” sets?

    Or it’s included in the app, and i just don’t need the back off sets at that point of the exact program?
