    Hi Coaches

    Im currently doing your PPL workouts which is going great! But i have a question im kicking 50s door down age wise lol and have had injuries in the past that flare up lower back/ knees /R cuff do u think i should carry on sticking to the rep ranges mentioned in the program 6-8 or do recommend anything else as i plan to be training into my 70s at least ha ha ha ha

    Please advise
