    Hi Coaches.

    Let’s say I complete all 3-4 days of a weeks workout and still have the recovery and time to put in a 5th or 6th day? Would I simply repeat the workout again?

    If I do, should I change the rep ranges. Where the weight is heavier in a 5-8 rep range should I take a moderate approach and do 8-10 or 10-12, or should I keep the ranges as is and just repeat?

    Additionally, should I change the exercise? Example: if I start with a flat machine hammer press should I do a bb bench or db bench?

    Just repeat it I think would be the recommendation
