Reps

    Hi just started Terrence’s program and I noticed the reps go from 6-8 then 8-10 and 10-12 for the third set. Do we keep the weight going up the whole time or how does that work? Usually it goes more reps in the first couple sets then lower reps in the later sets. Just curious how the programming works.
