Hey there, do you guys increase the weight from set to set or keep it the same the heaviest you can close to rir?
And when the set 2 is higher in reps (10/12) do u decrease the weight?
One last thing, the specializations programs don’t have pump work at the end as it says in description, do we just select anything we like from the pump metabolic option?
