I have a really hard time to get my legs to grow. And am really pushing the best I can.
My upper body respons very well, my 2 last competitions a Got second place, mainly because my legs are lagging
I train usually in 8-12 reps and about 6-7 sets to fail on all muscle groups.
I Train legs 2 times week, one quad dominant and one ham dominated
What’s your opinion about go higher reps for legs or any other idea to help me?

Hi Joe so I’m on the anti-flamingo, my 3 straight sets are 6-8 especially on back and leg press. But isn’t it best to do like you said with the first set on the low range, then 2nd set 8-12, then last set 15-20?
