I’ve been running Anti-Flamingo for the past 20 weeks. Running Pull, Leg 2, Push, Leg 1, and added delt day. Absolutely have loved it and been a game changer. Taken slow with slight surpluss, but have progressed on every lift and up 6 pounds of what I believe mostly lean mass. However, I have either stalled or slowed way down past few weeks in progressing. Would you suggest:
-Start over and Reshuffle exercise order within each workout?
-Reorganize days?
– Run the 2021 olympia program. One leg day vs two, but still looks like most same meat and potato exercises and different frequency may be a good refresh.
