Check out some of joes videos in the HC university section of the tv section he teaches everything there, but the exercise pretty much overloads the entire range because the resistance profile of roller flies matches the strength profile of your chest pretty darn good. You’re muscle are generally stronger in the long to mid range ish and get weaker in the shortened position and roller cable flies match this if done correctly. Again joe explains this in mich greater detail in the tv sedition if you want to go down the rabbit net hole haha. Stay safe man!
